Ronnie Lees is a Author, Extreme Sports skier, surfer, and mountaineer, he was born in Lynn, Massachusetts in the 1970′s. He attended Ingalls elementary school and graduated from Lynn English High School in 1990, in Lynn, Massachusetts. He displayed an early interest in writing, and extreme mountain and ocean sports. He began writing for fun while still in school, contributing articles to local newspapers.
He is one of the CEO’s of Northeast Surfing.com a website that provides information on surf sports From NJ to ME. “Swell, Wind, Snow.” He has enjoyed writing and film making for years, and is currently a published Author of a few novels, and screenplays. As a child he would spend most weekends in Bethel, Maine, at Sunday River Ski Resort, where his uncle owned a ski home, taking his first skiing lessons in 1983.
Ronnie started enjoying physical outdoor sports at an early age, from climbing mountains, to skiing, surfing, and more. Skiing is his life and the sport has helped him grow as a person. He is also a surfer, surfing is just as much apart of Ronnie as most people need to breathe.
In 2002 he founded Northeast Surfing.com with windsurfer/surfer John McInerney from New York. Northeastsurfing.com is a website company that provides surf sport information in the Northeast, USA. “Snow, Wind, Swell – We surf everything!”
Ronnie Lees continue to live in New England, where I spend my time; surfing, skiing, climbing mountains, film making, and writing. My last book to be published was named, “Sins of the Mind”
